What is your return policy? (Within US)

We gladly accept unworn, unwashed items with the tags still attached within 30 days of their ship date. Once your return has been scanned and confirmed, we will either process your refund to your original payment method, initiate your exchange, or issue your store credit as requested. Make sure to only use our pre-paid return labels so we can make sure to track your stuff. We are unable to refund lost returns using labels other than our own.

All promotional purchases, such as leggings redeemed with a Free Legging Code, free gifts, e-Gift Cards, or items marked final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Read more about final sale products here.

Please note there will be a $7 shipping and restocking fee for mail-in refunds, but exchange requests and drop-off returns are free. If you’re submitting a return for store credit, your restocking fee will be waived. If you’re a US-based Jade or Sage member, returns and exchanges are always free!

Swimwear & Bodysuits: Please note that all tags and hygiene liners must be attached in order for your return to be accepted. Your return may be refused if the item is damaged or missing any tags/liners.

Socks & Underwear: For your first socks or underwear purchase, you’re eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, even if the tags and protective liners have been removed. After your first purchase, socks and underwear will be final sale. Both socks and underwear are ineligible for exchanges at this time.

Afterpay: Please note refunds on orders placed using Afterpay will first be refunded from Girlfriend Collective to Afterpay, and then to you. For more information about Afterpay returns, visit help.afterpay.com

International: We cannot offer exchanges for international orders at this time, however, you may return your items. For more information on our International return policy, check out our page here.

To mail it in:

  1. Head over to our Returns & Exchanges page here.
  2. Fill out the Order Number and Zip Code fields.
  3. Select the item(s) you’d like to return and specify the return reason(s).
  4. Select your refund preference.
  5. Print out the label provided in your return confirmation email and send back your item(s) within 30 days.

To drop it off:

  1. Start your return or exchange online here to receive a QR code for a contact-free drop-off
  2. Click here to find a location near you
  3. No need to box your items
  4. Have your QR code handy when you arrive at a Happy Returns bar location

 

Your refund (or store credit) will be processed immediately upon drop-off or once your return has been scanned in by the carrier. From there, it usually takes between 5-10 business days for your refund to post to your account depending on who you bank with.
